Financial Assistance

Stress-free financial help for your new smile.

Part of creating a custom-fit orthodontic plan is making it not only possible but easy to receive the treatment you need. Rest assured that we’ll clearly and openly communicate from the start and work with you to make sure your treatment and payment plans fit you perfectly.

Financial FAQs

How much do braces cost?

Because every smile is unique, your treatment cost should also be tailored to you. There is no one-size-fits-all cost, and that’s a good thing.

We provide in-house, interest-free financing, with flexible payment plans that span 24 or 36 months, and in some cases longer than the actual treatment itself. This helps us find the right payment that fits your family budget without busting your family budget.

What if something happens to my retainer?

Retainers are your new best friend. We believe relationships matter, but your new bestie is the set of retainers you receive after orthodontic treatment.

We offer a variety of retainer styles and will find the perfect ones for you and your bite once you’re done with braces.

Friendly warning: Fido thinks your retainers are his best friend, too, and if he gets the chance he’ll crunch it before you can say “BFF.” The first set of retainers are on us, and when Fido eats your retainer, we can provide a backup.

Hidden fees?

Nope. No hidden fees.

This probably comes from Dr. Woods’ SPEA ethics involvement, where she advocated for transparency in healthcare. We will show you exactly what your insurance or FSA account will cover if you have orthodontic benefits, and we will show you what your financial responsibility will look like after the insurance coverage. No hidden fees and no surprises — we dislike 'em as much as you do.

Braces or Invisalign?

Glad you asked. You are entering orthodontics at the best possible time in history. The technology, comfort and efficiency have never been better.

Braces are smaller than ever, with interchangeable colors and clear brackets to suit every style. Invisalign also moves teeth, but with clear trays and buttons rather than brackets. There are distinct advantages to each treatment that we can discuss during your first sit-down consultation.
